About Dr. Tupper

Chris Tupper, DC, came to Executive Medicine of Texas after more than two decades of practice across the San Antonio and Boerne areas, working through rehabilitation facilities, large multidisciplinary clinics, family medicine groups, pain management, and neurology. A 1997 graduate of Parker College of Chiropractic, he has shaped his craft across nearly every clinical setting a chiropractor can know.
He has appeared on Univision News, Channel 5 News, and Good Morning San Antonio discussing chiropractic care for musculoskeletal disorders and nutrition, and has taught medical students at The University of Texas School of Medicine in San Antonio on evidence-based chiropractic care.
Patients return to Dr. Tupper for one reason above all: he focuses on solutions, not drawn-out treatment plans. Among the therapies he uses is his own Functional Stimulation Release (FSR) Therapy, which numbs, contracts, and stretches individual muscle layers while he releases adhesions from injury or repetitive stress. It is intense, precise, and unlike conventional deep tissue work.
